How it works
The CDU sits between the facility water system and the technology cooling system. A plate heat exchanger keeps the two fluids separate while redundant pumps, filtration and controls hold coolant temperature, flow and pressure at the rack. The secondary loop is built in SS304 to keep the coolant clean and compatible with server cold plates.
Role in the system
- 1.Separates facility water from the IT coolant loop
- 2.Controls supply temperature and differential pressure to racks
- 3.Redundant pumps and filtration for continuous operation
